What was the highlight of PS Mae Sod Hotel
Nice hotel but should improve breakfast menu, TV channels and English sign for International travel
Nice new construction. Owner did a great job in the lobby. Nice comfortable rooms too. Large parking lot. Nice people at reception. Internet speed average.
Hotel far from downtown so you need transportation. No convenience store around and no restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast room is too small when they book groups on 2 busses. Breakfast food is not explained. Signs mostly in Thai language in the room and restaurant. I had a Thai group one day ( 2 full bus )and Indian group the next day. With international visitor English is a must. No English language channel on the TV in the room. Hotel should have at minimum English language news and movies. In the afternoon only 1 of 4 AC unit was operated in the lobby. With the sun it was not confortable. Waterfalls 25 minutes from the hotel by car.

Environment and Facilities are good but Cleanliness should be improve.
Breakfast is good. Room is come up with hairdryer.
Room cleanliness is quite under standard. I found many other hairs and stain soap. Water in bathroom also run slowly.

Noisy but okay
Staff is friendly and well willing. Rooms are absolutely okay and big enough.
This new hotel is very noisy: you hear the bathroom noises of the other neighboring rooms. Even this: on the first day we woke up because of the alarm (phone) of the neighbor! Breakfast is from 7-10. But they only make food one time, if finished.... Breakfast is what you can expect. Very average. If you prefer better or more: go out for breakfast.
